With 2 pilots, the SU-30MK2 flight crew can coordinate smoothly, improving combat performance. In which, one pilot focuses on controlling the plane while the other pilot (which can be likened to a target) is responsible for controlling the weapons system, thereby increasing efficiency and reducing pressure in complex missions.
