Bao Communal House came up with the idea of bringing a ladder when it saw people flocking to the streets to watch the parade, the parade was too crowded 3 days before.
"To facilitate monitoring, I decided to borrow a 1.9m high ladder from the rented person. Where I live is only about 500m from the F1 racetrack, so I can walk and bring the stairs here" - Bao said.
At an altitude of about 2.5m, the male student said that he could easily observe the military equipment of the Army and Police passing through Le Quang Dao Street.


According to Lao Dong Newspaper reporters at more than 4:00 p.m., many people flocked to Le Quang Dao Street (My Dinh Stadium area, F1 racetrack) to witness the convoy of infantry artillery and police special vehicles.


Mr. Le Minh Phuong (40 years old, Duong Noi ward, Hanoi) and his two children, aged 10 and 8, came here at 2pm to find a good location, waiting for the convoy to roll.
"On the weekend, I took my children to see military equipment. The children have loved and looked forward to it for the past few days. At the upcoming preliminary review, the family will go to the city center to see the parade blocks, parades as well as tanks, self-propelled fireworks, chain reaction cars..." - Mr. Phuong said.
According to the records, the police, military, and youth union members were present along Le Quang Dao Street to perform the task of dividing traffic, regulating traffic, ensuring security and order when the convoy passed.
It is expected that at around 5:00 p.m., the convoy of military artillery vehicles with tires and police special vehicles will leave the F1 racetrack towards the city center.

The second parade and parade celebration will take place at 8:00 p.m. tonight.
Similar to the first training session at Ba Dinh Square on August 21, after performing the ceremony, the National Coaters' Arms, Party flags, national flags; President Ho Chi Minh's portrait cars; the symbolic model of the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam; Command vehicles, the Quyet Army team; the honorary blocks of the military branches; the female military band; the walking blocks, equipment of the army and the police; the army blocks of the countries: Russia, Laos, Cambodia...; the groups parading representing workers, farmers, intellectuals, youth, women, veterans, Vietnamese people abroad...
The total training force includes more than 16,000 officers, soldiers, armed forces, and fouves with 43 rowing blocks, 18 standing blocks, and 14 modern motor vehicles and equipment.
According to the plan, after the general parade and parade session tonight, there will be preliminary and final rehearsals to prepare for the 80th Anniversary of the success of the August Revolution and the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam on the morning of September 2 at Ba Dinh Square.
