On June 28, according to the Ministry of National Defense's Electronic Information Portal, the Ministry of National Defense has just issued Decision No. 3360/QD-BQP announcing the list of 7 administrative procedures in the field of military service performed on the electronic environment under the management functions of the Ministry of National Defense.
Accordingly, 7 administrative procedures announced under this decision are carried out in a complete process:
1. Procedures for first-time military service registration;
2. Procedures for registering to serve in the reserve rank;
3. Procedures for Supplementary Military Service Registration;
4. Procedures for registering for military service transfer when changing residence or place of work or study;
5. Procedures for registering military service transferred when changing residence or workplace, study place;
6. Provisional military service registration procedures;
7. Procedures for registering for exemption from military service in wartime;
The receipt of administrative procedures is carried out through the Information System for resolving Administrative Procedures of the Ministry of National Defense at https://dichvucong. mod. gov. vn.
The Chief of the General Staff, Heads of agencies, units and related organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this decision.
Notably, according to the decision of the Ministry of National Defense, all 7 procedures in the field of military service are carried out on an electronic environment with a full online level and the resolving agency is the Military Command of the commune level.
