List of public non-business units under the Ministry of Justice

    The Ministry of Justice has 3 public non-business units directly under it, including Hanoi Law University; Justice Publishing House; Policy and Law Development Support Fund.

    Member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Prime Minister Le Tien Chau has just signed Decision No. 1273/QD-TTg dated July 14, 2026 of the Prime Minister promulgating the list of public non-business units under the Ministry of Justice.

    According to this Decision, the Ministry of Justice has 3 public non-business units directly under it, including:

    1. Hanoi Law University.

    2. Justice Publishing House.

    3. Fund to support policy and legal development.

    This Decision takes effect from the date of signing and promulgation (July 14, 2026); replacing Decision No. 1111/QD-TTg dated June 10, 2025 of the Prime Minister promulgating the list of public non-business units under the Ministry of Justice.
