Researching and building health stations in border communes
On July 14, in Hanoi, Politburo Member, Standing Secretary of the Secretariat Tran Cam Tu chaired the second quarter conference of 2026 with provincial and city Party committees, Party committees, Party committees, 4 Offices, and non-business units directly under the Central Government.
Concluding the Conference, Standing Secretary of the Secretariat Tran Cam Tu acknowledged the positive results in implementing tasks in the past time; and pointed out the shortcomings and limitations that need to be overcome in the coming time.
Regarding tasks for the coming time, the Standing Committee of the Secretariat requested to seriously and effectively implement the directions of General Secretary and President To Lam and the Conclusions of the Politburo and the Secretariat.
In the immediate future, Party committees, Party organizations, agencies, and units should proactively prepare well the contents to submit to the 3rd Central Conference; continue to lead and direct the effective implementation of the Resolution of the 14th Party Congress and the strategic Resolutions of the Politburo.
In the last 6 months of the year, focus on removing institutional bottlenecks, thoroughly handling them, not allowing new bottlenecks or legal gaps to arise; ensuring decentralization and delegation of power in parallel with resources and responsibilities...
Agencies, localities, and units continue to lead and direct the strict implementation of the general review of the system of legal normative documents, promptly remove bottlenecks, overlapping and contradictory documents, especially in the fields of investment, business, production, and job creation to promote rapid and sustainable growth...
At the same time, completing planning work; accelerating the adjustment of the National Land Use Plan for the period 2021 - 2030, with a vision to 2050; summarizing the implementation of Resolution No. 18 of the 13th Central Committee of the Party and proposing amendments and supplements to issues related to land policies and housing policies, in accordance with reality and meeting the requirements of national development.
Along with that, prepare well for the 2026 - 2027 school year nationwide; ensure sufficient schools and classes for students and the opening of the new school year; research and build health stations in border communes, meeting the needs of medical examination and treatment for the people. Continue to promote the arrangement of public non-business units and schools in localities.
Continue to effectively implement the work of caring for the lives of people with meritorious services, wounded soldiers, families of martyrs, and Vietnamese Heroic Mothers, on the occasion of the 79th anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs' Day.
Expanding the market to serve the "double-digit" growth target
The Standing Committee of the Secretariat requested to continue to firmly consolidate national defense and security, promote diplomatic work to mobilize resources and expand markets to serve the "double-digit" growth target;
Maintain social order and safety; promote attacks and suppression of crimes related to smuggling, counterfeit goods, poor quality goods, and cybercrime; proactively detect, fight, and refute wrong views of hostile forces.
Promote Party building work; improve the leadership capacity and implementation capacity of the Party; build a truly clean and comprehensively strong Party, and maintain internal solidarity.
The Standing Committee of the Secretariat proposed that the Government Party Committee lead and direct the maintenance of macroeconomic stability, control inflation, ensure major balances of the economy; effectively implement price and market management, regulate supply and demand; strictly handle acts of speculation, profiteering, and abnormal price increases; ensure domestic gasoline and oil supply, and manage gasoline and oil price stability;
Accelerate the progress of power source and power transmission projects, ensure electricity supply for production and living; have timely solutions to respond to extreme weather phenomena.
