On December 19, the Department of Education and Training (DET) of Ho Chi Minh City held a ceremony to announce the decision to appoint and transfer principals and deputy principals of general schools:
Mr. Nguyen Cong Duc - Vice Principal of Phu Nhuan High School (Duc Nhuan Ward) - takes on the duties of Principal of Tan Dinh Ward Sports Talent High School for the Gifted;
Mr. Le Quoc Tri - Vice Principal of Nguyen Thi Dinh Sports and Physical Training High School (Phu Dinh Ward) - takes on the duties of Principal of Thanh Thuy Sports and Physical Training High School (Tan Dinh Ward);
Ms. Nguyen Thi Yen Phuong - Principal of the Sports and Physical Training High School (Tan Dinh Ward) - took on the duties of Principal of Nguyen Thi Dinh Sports and Physical Training High School (Phu Dinh Ward).

Mr. Nguyen Chuong Phat becomes Chairman of the Farmers' Association of Lao Cai province
On December 15, at the Congress of the Farmers' Association of Lao Cai province, the Central Committee of the Vietnam Farmers' Association announced the decision to appoint the Executive Committee of the Farmers' Association of Lao Cai province, term I, 2025-2030.
Accordingly, the Executive Committee of the Lao Cai Provincial Farmers' Association for the new term consists of 75 members; the Standing Committee consists of 15 members.
Mr. Nguyen Chuong Phat was appointed to continue to hold the position of Chairman of the Farmers' Association of Lao Cai province for the 2025-2030 term. The Vice Presidents of the Association include Ms. Nguyen Thi Phuong Dong and Mr. Do Minh Huan.
