On April 19, a delegation of leaders and managers of the Communist Party of Cuba led by Ms. Deivy Perez Martin - Member of the Party Central Committee, First Secretary of the Sancti Spiritus Provincial Party Committee, Cuban National Assembly delegate - offered flowers and incense to commemorate President Ho Chi Minh at the Kim Lien Special National Monument, Nam Dan District, Nghe An Province.
Joining the delegation were Mr. Joy Puentes Saldise - Deputy Ambassador of the Republic of Cuba in Vietnam. On the Vietnamese side, with the participation of Mr. Duong Trung Y - Deputy Director of Ho Chi Minh National Political Academy; Leaders of the Department of Training, Training, International Cooperation Department and officials and experts of the Academy.

Representing Nghe An province were Mr. Phung Thanh Vinh - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee and representatives of a number of related departments, offices and Nam Dan district.
In a solemn atmosphere, delegates respectfully offered flowers and incense to commemorate President Ho Chi Minh - the great leader of the Vietnamese people, a great friend of the Cuban people.

The visit and commemoration of the Cuban Communist Party's leadership delegation at Kim Lien Relic Site is a testament to the traditional solidarity and friendship between Vietnam and Cuba, while contributing to further strengthening and developing this special relationship in the coming time.
