The Department of Home Affairs of Lao Cai province is organizing a consultation with cadres, civil servants, public employees (CBCCVC) and workers at agencies, organizations of the Party, State, public service units, Vietnam Fatherland Front Committees, socio-political organizations, mass organizations assigned by the Party and State in Lao Cai province to move to work at the new Administrative - Political Center (currently located in Yen Bai province) to reorganize the apparatus.
Specifically, civil servants, public employees and workers will provide one-time support, with a support level of 35 million VND/person.
One-time payment support policy immediately when the subject has an approval decision from the competent authority.
In case the subject has enjoyed the policy but wishes to quit or continue to work at the headquarters of the old administrative - political unit, does not move to work at the new center, he/she must return the received funds.
The conditions for applying one-time support are as follows: civil servants and employees move to work at the Administrative - Political Center of the new provincial-level administrative unit right from the time of officially implementing the arrangement of provincial-level administrative units according to the Plan of the competent authority.
The issuance of a policy to support civil servants and employees subject to immediate relocation to the administrative - political center of the new provincial-level administrative unit aims to create favorable conditions for civil servants and employees to soon stabilize their work and life, contributing to the effective implementation of the province's political tasks after the merger.
Through the review, about 815/2,146 people are subject to moving to the new provincial administrative - political center right from the time of the official implementation of the arrangement of provincial-level administrative units, to ensure the smooth operation of the new provincial government apparatus.
The estimated funding requirement for policy implementation from the provincial budget is 28.525 billion VND.
