On September 26, the An Giang Provincial Border Guard Command held a conference to announce and hand over decisions on selecting, raising salary levels, and promoting professional military ranks.
At the conference, the An Giang Provincial Border Guard announced and awarded the decision to select professional soldiers from non-commissioned officers and soldiers for 1 personnel; increase seniority allowances beyond the framework of 94 officers; increase salaries of 351 officers; promote military ranks from Major to Lieutenant Colonel for 57 officers, from Captain to Major for 109 officers, from Lieutenant to Captain for 93 officers, from Lieutenant to Senior Lieutenant for 38 officers, from Major to Lieutenant for 42 officers.
Announcing and handing over early retirement decisions to professional soldiers
On September 22, the Military Procuracy of Region 73 held a conference to announce and hand over early retirement decisions to professional soldiers according to Decree No. 178/2024/ND-CP of the Government.
At the conference, authorized by the Ho Chi Minh City Command, Lieutenant Colonel Le Tu - Director of the Military Procuracy of Region 73 - presented the decision to retire early to Lieutenant Colonel, professional soldier Tran Phi Phuc - Inspector.
The 34th Corps announced the decision on the dissolution of the Corps inspection agency
On September 23, the 34th Corps held a conference to announce the Decision of the Minister of National Defense on the dissolution of the Corps Inspectorate.
Implementing the policy of perfecting the organization and staffing in the Vietnam People's Army in the direction of "streamlining, compactness, strength and efficiency", on August 24, 2025, the Ministry of National Defense issued Decision No. 4150/QD-BQP on reorganizing the system of defense inspection agencies, dissolving the 34th Corps Inspectorate, and transferring functions, tasks and powers to the direct superior inspection agency.
At the conference, the head of the 34th Corps Command announced the Decision of the Minister of National Defense on the dissolution of the Corps Inspectorate and presented decisions on the transfer and appointment of officers to agencies and units in the Corps.
