On March 16, in Thanh Nua commune, the Organization Committee of Dien Bien Provincial Party Committee organized the announcement of the Decision on transfer and appointment of cadres.
According to the Decision, Mr. Nguyen Huu Hiep - Director of the Project Management Board of Agricultural and Rural Development Projects of the province was transferred to participate in the Executive Committee, Standing Committee and hold the position of Secretary of Thanh Nua Commune Party Committee for the term 2025-2030.
Giving the Decision and assigning tasks to the new Secretary of the Party Committee of Thanh Nua commune, Mr. Pham Duc Toan - Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Committee acknowledged and highly appreciated the efforts and contributions of Mr. Nguyen Huu Hiep throughout his work process.
Speaking to receive the assignment, Mr. Nguyen Huu Hiep thanked the attention and trust of the Provincial Party Committee and provincial leaders. Secretary of Thanh Nua Commune Party Committee promised to constantly strive, cultivate political bravery, professional qualifications and professional skills with the collective and agencies and units.
From July 1, 2025, Thanh Nua border commune will be merged from 5 communes Hua Thanh, Thanh Chan, Thanh Hung, Thanh Luong and Thanh Nua. The commune has over 29,400 people, with an area of 176.97 km2.
