At the same time, Major General Pham Quang Tuyen assigned Colonel Tran Thi Kim Phung - Deputy Director of Ba Ria - Vung Tau Provincial Police - to be in charge of the Provincial Police until the time of merging with Ho Chi Minh City and Binh Duong Police.
