According to Decision 1148/QD-UBND of the Chairman of Hai Phong City People's Committee, Mr. Nguyen Van Thanh, Director of the Department of Industry and Trade and holds the position of Director of the Market Management Sub-Department under the Department of Industry and Trade until consolidating the position of the Director of the Director as prescribed.
Speaking at the Conference, Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Hoang Minh Cuong congratulated the Director of the Department of Industry and Trade Nguyen Van Thanh by the city leader to trust and assign more responsibilities. Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee noted that at present, the market management is facing many challenges and complicated developments. Therefore, the collective of leaders, civil servants and employees of the Market Management Department should quickly stabilize the organization, ensuring not to leave the area empty, upholding the responsibility to successfully complete all assigned tasks.
The Vice Chairman asked the Department of Industry and Trade to pay attention, support and coordinate closely for the Market Management Department to fulfill the assigned tasks, contributing to promoting production, business and socio -economic development of the city.
Previously, the City People's Committee issued Decision 1091/QD-UBND on receiving and reorganizing the Hai Phong City Market Management Department into a Market Management Department under the Department of Industry and Trade. The Market Management Department has 2 professional and professional departments and 7 market management teams. The Sub -Department receives all contents of payroll, civil servants and workers; Property, finance, state budget and other contents related to the organization and operation of the Hai Phong City Market Management Department before reorganizing; Handling related problems and problems as prescribed.
