The program was attended by 90 official delegates of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, the National Political Commissar of China and the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committees of 7 provinces: Lang Son, Quang Ninh, Lao Cai, Dien Bien, Cao Bang, Ha Giang, Lai Chau and the two provinces/ thing tri autonomy zone of Choang Quang Tay and Yunnan province with the same border.
The exchange program has the theme: "Solidarity promotes friendship".
Speaking at the program, Vice President of the National Political Commissar of China Ham Huy said that the exchange activities between the National Political Commissar of China and the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front are extremely important activities in the friendship between China and Vietnam.
The two organizations regularly maintain the friendly exchange and build a passionate friendship, interact between the people of all strata increasingly tight, mutual learning activities, achieving many efficiency and practicality. Cooperation activities between the two sides play an important role, contributing to promoting the friendship between the people of the two countries, enriching the content of the community to share the future of China - Vietnam.
