Informing voters about some contents that will be discussed, commented on and approved by the National Assembly at the upcoming 9th session of the 15th National Assembly, delegate Dang Van Lam said that the session is expected to open in the first session from May 5 to May 28 and the second session from June 11 to June 28. The National Assembly will consider and approve about 30 laws, resolutions and draft laws.
Major General Dang Van Lam assessed that in recent times, the Ho Chi Minh City National Assembly Delegation has received many opinions from voters sent to the National Assembly sessions and the National Assembly deputies have effectively communicated voters' opinions and recommendations at the National Assembly House.
At the meeting, voters sent their thoughts to the 9th session of the XV National Assembly, which expressed frustration because of negative and harassment at the grassroots level that still could not handle "at the root". Voters suggested that the MPA should raise this issue with the National Assembly session and amend and supplement the law to be stronger deterrence for corruption crimes.
Many voters are also interested in the policy of organizing and arranging the current local government apparatus. Most of the consensus, saying that this reform will help streamline the apparatus, increase the effectiveness of state management; At the same time, quickly and promptly resolve the rights and interests of people, individuals and organizations in the coming time.
Speaking to absorb the opinions of voters, delegate To Thi Bich Chau - Vice Chairman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front said that 7 opinions of voters spoke and proposed to the 9th session, the XV National Assembly will be recognized, absorbed and reflected by the MPA No. 8. In particular, some urgent contents of people in Pham Van Hai commune under the local authority, delegate To Thi Bich Chau proposed leaders of the People's Committee of Binh Chanh District (attending the Conference) and the authorities of Pham Van Hai commune, Binh Chanh district to recognize and soon organize people and resolve completely.
According to delegate To Thi Bich Chau, in the case of clear records and legal documents, the grassroots authorities need to proactively resolve immediately. In particular, it is necessary to resolve satisfactorily before the merged communes follow the policy of the Central.
