The working content is related to the Project to reorganize and streamline the Vietnam Fatherland Front agencies, socio-political organizations, and mass organizations assigned by the Party and the State in Quang Ninh province.
At the meeting, Mr. Vu Dai Thang - Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Quang Ninh Provincial Party Committee - said that Quang Ninh has seriously and effectively implemented the Central's instructions on streamlining the apparatus of the political system. Currently, the province is directing the completion of the Project on not organizing at the district level, merging commune-level administrative units and the Project on arranging and streamlining the Vietnam Fatherland Front agencies, socio-political organizations, and mass organizations assigned by the Party and the State in the province. In particular, for the Project to reorganize and streamline the Vietnam Fatherland Front agencies, socio-political organizations, and mass associations assigned by the Party and the State, the province's viewpoint is that the reorganization must ensure the highest goal of strengthening the leadership of the Party, contributing to streamlining the organizational apparatus and improving the quality of activities, strengthening the great national unity bloc in the new period.
The Secretary of the Quang Ninh Provincial Party Committee also requested the Politburo and the Secretariat to soon have instructions on the operating regulations for organizations and grassroots party organizations of a special nature, ensuring the smooth operation of the entire political system after implementing the arrangement and streamlining.
Speaking at the meeting, Mr. Do Van Chien - Politburo member, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Chairman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front - emphasized that continuing to innovate the activities of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations is a very important task and requirement in the current period. Thereby, in order to restructure the organizational apparatus and continue to promote the role and mission of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations, mass organizations in the new era of national development, contributing to building a solid people's heart position, creating unity and consensus in the whole society to realize development goals.
The Chairman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front highly appreciated the results that Quang Ninh has achieved in streamlining the organizational apparatus of the political system. At the same time, he affirmed that the methods and models that Quang Ninh has implemented have provided very important arguments both in theory and practice for the Party Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and Central organizations to complete the project to submit to the Politburo for consideration and decision.
In addition to implementing the arrangement and streamlining of the apparatus, he also suggested that Quang Ninh province continue to perform well the tasks of socio-economic development; continue to promote the tradition of the Heroic Land to achieve stronger and more breakthrough developments.
