On the morning of April 17, the 3rd Conference of the Presidium of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front (VFF) took place in Hanoi, term X.

The law project focuses on amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Law; Amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Trade Union Law, Youth Law and a number of regulations on trade union organization in agencies and units in the Law on Execution of the grassroots level in order to ensure compliance with the amendments in Article 9, Article 10, Article 84 of the 2013 Constitution, ensuring the uniformity and synchronization of the legal system and creating legal basis for the organization and operation of the Vietnam Fatherland Front for reorganization after the Central Fatherland Front Committee has been reorganized according to the Central Fatherland Front for the Central Committee of the Central Fatherland Front for the Central Committee Browse.
The draft law is built according to the technique "A document amended many documents", including Article 1 amending and supplementing the provisions of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Law, Article 2 amending and supplementing the Trade Union Law, Article 3 amending and supplementing the Law on Execution of the grassroots level at the grassroots level and Article 4 amending and supplementing the Youth Law.
Through reviewing the Vietnam Fatherland Front Law, in order to suit the orientation of organizing the Vietnam Fatherland Front apparatus (after being arranged), in the coming time, it is necessary to amend and supplement 18 articles, focusing on 8 content groups: Location and role of Vietnam Fatherland Front; amend and supplement the rights and responsibilities of the Vietnam Fatherland Front; amend and supplement the principle of organization and operation of the Vietnam Fatherland Front; amend and supplement the organization of the Vietnam Fatherland Front; amend and supplement the work of overseas Vietnamese to Article 10; amend and supplement regulations on appointment of people's treatment of people in Article 18; The merchant chooses to introduce the criteria for the People's Council of the same level to elect the People's Association; amend and supplement a number of provisions in social supervision and criticism activities; amend and supplement the rights and responsibilities of agencies and organizations in charge of drafting the draft document.
Regarding the Trade Union Law, Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Ha said that according to the proposal of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, the 2024 Trade Union Law has 12 things that need to be amended and supplemented, focusing on 3 main contents:
Amend regulations related to the subjects of "clerks, civil servants, and public employees" to ensure compliance with the model of trade union organizations in the arrangement of the apparatus according to Resolution No. 18-NQ-TW (in 3 articles).
Amend and supplement regulations related to the organizational system of Vietnam Trade Union, the authority of trade unions at all levels (4 articles).
Amend regulations on trade union finance and assets in accordance with the trade union organization model after restructuring and streamlining (3 articles).
