The National Assembly Standing Committee has just issued Resolution No. 1264/NQ-UBTVQH15 on approving the termination of the duties of Head of the National Assembly Delegation of the 15th term of Khanh Hoa province.
Resolution approving Mr. Ha Quoc Tri to cease his duties as Head of the 15th National Assembly Delegation of Khanh Hoa province due to job transfer.
The National Assembly Standing Committee also issued Resolution No. 1265/NQ-UBTVQH15 on assigning the Deputy Head of the National Assembly Delegation in charge of the 15th National Assembly Delegation of Khanh Hoa province.
Accordingly, Mr. Le Huu Tri - Provincial Party Committee member, Deputy Head of the National Assembly Delegation of Khanh Hoa province, is assigned to be in charge of the National Assembly Delegation of the 15th tenure of Khanh Hoa province until the position of Head of the Delegation is completed.
During his time in charge of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation, Mr. Le Huu Tri received a position allowance equal to the allowance for the position of full-time Head of the National Assembly Delegation (coefficient 1.25).
These two resolutions come into effect from October 30, 2024.
Head of the Delegation Affairs Committee, Secretary General of the National Assembly - Head of the National Assembly Office, the National Assembly Delegation of Khanh Hoa province and Mr. Ha Quoc Tri, Mr. Le Huu Tri are responsible for implementing these resolutions.
