On August 11, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Hanoi Party Committee Nguyen Van Phong chaired a conference to announce and present the decision of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee on personnel work at the City Party Committee Office.
At the conference, Deputy Head of the Hanoi Party Committee's Organization Committee Nguyen Minh Long announced Decision No. 9501-QD/TU (August 8, 2025) of the Standing Committee of the Hanoi Party Committee deciding to transfer and appoint Mr. Nguyen Manh Quan, Deputy Chief of the Office of the City People's Committee, to hold the position of Deputy Chief of the Office of the City Party Committee.
The Standing Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee requested the City Party Committee Office to clearly assign and assign people, work, and responsibilities based on its functions, tasks, job positions, and fields of work, thereby promoting the working capacity of each comrade leading the City Party Committee Office.
Along with that, the City Party Committee Office continues to promote the spirit of solidarity, creating conditions to help comrade Nguyen Manh Quan successfully complete the assigned tasks.
Mr. Nguyen Van Phong directed the City Party Committee Office to continue to proactively advise the city on important contents in orienting the development direction of the Capital. This is a very important task, posing a very high demand for leaders, cadres and specialists of the City Party Committee Office.
