Accordingly, Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Tuan Hung - Head of Hai Duong City Police transferred to work at Chi Linh City Party Committee (Hai Duong province); Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Hoang Long - Head of Chi Linh City Police transferred to work at the Office of Hai Duong Provincial People's Committee.
At the same time, Lieutenant Colonel Pham Quynh Anh - Deputy Chief of Hai Duong City Police, Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Minh Quyet - Deputy Chief of Chi Linh City Police, were respectively assigned the authority to take charge of Hai Duong City Police and Chi Linh City Police until the positions of Chief of Police of these two units are completed.
