The project with the competition code AO99 of ICU Construction Investment and Consulting Joint Stock Company has just won first prize in the architectural competition for the Hai Duong Trade Center project organized by Tuan Kiet HD Trading and Service Joint Stock Company from August 22 to 27.
Tuan Kiet HD Trading and Service Joint Stock Company also chose this option to implement the next steps of the project. During the implementation process, the consulting unit received opinions from the Selection Council, researched and adjusted the option accordingly.
Previously, the People's Committee of Hai Duong province selected Tuan Kiet HD Trading and Service Joint Stock Company as the investor of the Hai Duong Commercial Center Project. The project will be built on an area of nearly 3.6 hectares in Thach Khoi ward and Lien Hong commune, Hai Duong city.
The project has a total investment of 1,200 billion VND. When completed, the project will lease about 150 booths for the purpose of providing supermarket business services including: retail, product distribution, with a scale of about 5,000 types of items. The project is expected to be completed and put into operation in the fourth quarter of 2025.
