According to the Decision, the Chairman of Hai Phong City People's Committee appointed Mr. Luong Van Tung, Head of Technical Department, Hai Phong Civil Construction Investment Project Management Board to hold the position of Deputy Director of Hai Phong Civil Construction Investment Project Management Board. The term of appointment is 5 years.
According to Vice Chairman of Hai Phong City People's Committee Nguyen Duc Tho: Hai Phong Civil Construction Investment Project Management Board is currently implementing many key projects of the city, especially in the new urban area North of Cam River, with extremely heavy tasks. The appointment of Deputy Director aims to continue to strengthen the leadership team, improve the ability to operate and organize activities to perform well the tasks.
Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee Nguyen Duc Tho also acknowledged Mr. Luong Van Tung as a well-trained officer who has matured through many working positions; At the same time, he hopes that in his new position, the new Deputy Director of the Board will continue to promote his capacity, experience, improve his expertise and professionalism, and unite with the Board's leadership team to improve construction management capacity, ensure progress and quality, and fulfill the tasks assigned by the city.

According to the decisions of the Chairman of the City People's Committee, Mr. Do Duc Thinh - Deputy Manager of the Fisheries Branch was appointed to the position of Manager of the Fisheries Branch; Mr. Do Duc Hung - Director of the Fishing Port and Wharf Management Board, was received, transferred and appointed to the position of Manager of the Forestry Branch; Mr. Dang Van Chien - Deputy Director of the Fishing Port and Wharf Management Board, was assigned to be in charge of the Fishing Port and Wharf Management Board until the position of Director of the Fishing Port and Wharf Management Board is completed according to regulations; Mr. Pham Duc Duyen - Deputy Chief of the Office of Coordination for New Rural Development of the City was transferred and appointed to the position of Branch Head of the Irrigation and Disaster Prevention Branch.
