From the above data, the number of redundant cadres, civil servants and part-time workers at the commune level is 4,369, of which, cadres and civil servants at the district and commune levels: 2,600 people; part-time workers at the commune level are 1,769 people.

In case the cadres and civil servants at the commune level do not meet the standards and conditions to be assigned to take on job positions at the new commune level, the regime and policies will be resolved according to current regulations.

For contract workers, the head of the agency or unit after the arrangement based on the provisions of law and the actual situation of the locality is responsible for reviewing, arranging and resolving according to regulations, ensuring the regime and policies for workers.
