Quang Binh Provincial People's Committee requests directors, heads of provincial departments, branches, sectors and units to closely follow the arrangement orientation according to the requirements of Resolution No. 18; the arrangement orientation, streamlining the Government's apparatus organization and the orientation of the Provincial People's Committee to develop plans, prepare necessary conditions to implement the arrangement of the apparatus organization, cadres, civil servants, public employees, and workers when there is a decision of the competent authority; ensure that the arrangement does not affect the performance of assigned functions and tasks of agencies, organizations and units. Focus on advocacy and propaganda work, creating consensus and unity in the process of arranging and perfecting the apparatus organization.
The Provincial People's Committee requires a minimum reduction of 15% when implementing the arrangement and reorganization of the organizational apparatus within departments, branches and sectors, excluding organizations subject to consolidation and merger due to overlapping functions and tasks when implementing the plan to merge departments in accordance with the Central's orientation. The arrangement and assignment of departments and sectors within provincial departments, branches and sectors must ensure the minimum number of civil servants and employees in each department and sector in accordance with regulations.
Departments, branches, sectors and units urgently develop and complete the project and send it to the Provincial People's Committee (through the Department of Home Affairs for synthesis) no later than December 19, 2024.
