Compared to 2024, the highest Lunar New Year bonus in Da Nang this year is more than 300 million VND lower than last year.
According to the report of the Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs of Long An province, the highest bonus for the Lunar New Year 2025 of enterprises in the area is 519 million VND/person, belonging to FDI enterprises - lower than the bonus in 2025. The lowest bonus is only 1 million VND/person for new employees working for less than 12 months.
The Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs of Ha Giang province said that among 46 enterprises that submitted reports on salaries and bonuses for 2,561 employees, 38 enterprises have plans to give bonuses for the New Year and 39 enterprises have plans to give bonuses for the Lunar New Year. 8 enterprises have not yet planned to give bonuses for the New Year and 7 enterprises have not yet planned to give bonuses for the Lunar New Year.

The highest Lunar New Year bonus is 109.6 million VND/person and the lowest bonus is 300,000 VND/person.
With 118/500 surveyed enterprises providing information, the Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs of Dak Lak province said that 70/118 enterprises plan to give New Year's bonuses in 2025 to 10,233 employees with an average bonus of 1.65 million VND/person.
