On the morning of July 1st, Hue City Party Committee held a conference to announce and award decisions of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee and the Chairman of the City People's Committee on personnel work.
At the conference, Head of the City Party Committee's Organization Committee Phan Xuan Toan announced decisions on transferring, assigning, appointing and introducing candidates for many leadership and management positions.
Accordingly, Mr. Tran Quoc Thang - City Party Committee Member, Chief of Office of the City Party Committee - was transferred and appointed to hold the position of Director of the Department of Home Affairs.
Mr. Nguyen Van Hung - City Party Committee Member, Director of the Department of Justice - was transferred and appointed to hold the position of Chief of the City Party Committee Office.
Ms. Nguyen Thi Chau - City Party Committee Member, Principal of Nguyen Chi Thanh Political School - was transferred and appointed to hold the position of Director of the Department of Justice.
Mr. Hoang Dang Khoa - City Party Committee Member, Director of Hue Newspaper and Radio, Television - was transferred and appointed to hold the position of Principal of Nguyen Chi Thanh Political School.
Mr. Phan Thanh Hai - City Party Committee Member, Director of the Department of Culture and Sports - was transferred and appointed to hold the position of Director of Hue Newspaper and Radio, Television.
Mr. Le Minh Nhan - City Party Committee Member, Vice Chairman of the City Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, Chairman of the City Labor Federation - was received and appointed to hold the position of Director of the Department of Culture and Sports.
Mr. Le Van Cuong - City Party Committee Member, Deputy Director of the Department of Finance - was transferred and appointed to hold the position of Director of the Department of Agriculture and Environment.
The Standing Committee of the City Party Committee also decided to rotate Mr. Nguyen Tan Trong to work at the Party Committee of Quang Dien commune, appointing him to hold the position of Secretary of the Party Committee of Quang Dien commune for the term 2025 - 2030.
Mr. Le Ngoc Bao was transferred to the Party Committee of An Cuu ward, appointed to hold the position of Secretary of the Party Committee of An Cuu ward for the term 2025 - 2030.
Ms. Duong Thi Thu Thuy was transferred to the City Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee Office, introduced for consultation to hold the position of Vice Chairwoman of the City Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, and was also introduced to be elected to hold the position of Chairwoman of the City Women's Union for the term 2025 - 2030.
Ms. Tran Thi Kim Loan was introduced to be elected to hold the position of Chairwoman of Hue City Labor Federation for the term 2025 - 2030.
Speaking to assign tasks, Secretary of the City Party Committee Nguyen Dinh Trung congratulated the cadres who were transferred and appointed and emphasized that this arrangement is to consolidate the apparatus, improve leadership efficiency, and meet the development requirements of the city.
The Secretary of the City Party Committee requested officials to quickly receive work, ensure smooth operation of agencies and units; focus on implementing key tasks in the last 6 months of 2026, promoting administrative reform, digital transformation, disbursing public investment capital and removing difficulties for key projects.
