The Quang Ninh Provincial Party Committee Office has just announced the conclusion of the Standing Committee of the Quang Ninh Provincial Party Committee on a number of work contents to serve the 16th Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030.
Accordingly, after listening to the Organizing Committee to serve the Congress report and asking for opinions on some tasks to serve the 16th Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030; based on the opinions of members of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee agreed on some tasks to serve the Congress as follows.
Regarding the time of holding the Congress: Expected 3 days, from September 21 to September 23, 2025.
Location of the Congress: Ha Long Provincial and Ward Conference Center.
The Standing Committee of the Quang Ninh Provincial Party Committee requires the implementation of a digital platform application to serve the 16th Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030 with basic features: List of appointments; Arrangement of delegate seating position charts; Management of delegate information database; Providing documents to serve the Congress to delegates (excluding confidential documents); Deploying ballot counting software to serve the Congress election work.
Assign the Organizing Subcommittee to serve the 16th Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030 to direct and organize the implementation of contents and tasks to ensure progress, in accordance with the regulations of the Party, the Central Committee and relevant regulations.
According to the plan to hold party congresses at all levels of Quang Ninh, the Party Congress or grassroots congress of delegates shall not exceed 2 days, to be completed before June 30, 2025.
The Congress of the Party Committee at the grassroots level and the Party Committee of the commune, ward, and special zone shall not exceed 2 days, to be completed before August 31, 2025.
The Provincial Party Congress shall not exceed 4 days, and shall be completed before October 31, 2025.
According to the plan, the Party Committee of Bai Chay Ward, Cam Pha Ward, Tien Yen Commune will organize a commune-level point congress in the whole province, scheduled to take place at the end of July 2025.
