On December 9, the 31st session of the 17th Lang Son Provincial People's Council, term 2021-2026, took place in Lang Son.
At the meeting, the provincial People's Council delegates voted to pass the Resolution to dismiss Mr. Vu Hoang Quy, Secretary of Huu Lung District Party Committee, term 2020-2025, former Director of the Department of Planning and Investment, from the position of member of the People's Committee of Lang Son province, term XVII, term 2021-2026.
At the same time, the vote approved the confirmation of the election results of the 17th term People's Committee member, term 2021-2026 for Mr. Phan Hong Tien, Director of the Provincial Department of Planning and Investment.
Previously, the Department of Home Affairs of this province announced the decision to appoint Mr. Phan Hong Tien, Provincial Party Committee member, Secretary of Huu Lung District Party Committee as Director of the Department of Planning and Investment, starting from November 22 with a term of appointment of 5 years.
At the 31st session, the People's Council of Lang Son province worked, listened to and discussed the reports and proposals of the Provincial People's Committee on local socio-economic development as well as important resolutions.
