According to Decision No. 2860/QD-UBND of Lang Son City People's Committee, the local planning in Chi Lang ward will be adjusted by about 74,164 m2.
Specifically, adjusting the land use function of the entire area of 8,536 m2 of public land into educational land and reorganizing the landscape architecture planning, rearranging suitable construction blocks.

In Decision No. 2696/QD-UBND of Lang Son City People's Committee, the local adjustment of the detailed construction planning of Hoang Van Thu ward was also approved.
Accordingly, the Ky Lua hotel project will be converted into a Lang Son commercial service complex with a maximum of 18 floors.
Along with that, the landscape architectural diagram of the project is adjusted from 2 blocks of buildings, including the low-rise block in the East bordering the mixed-use residential area and the high-rise building in the West, bordering Tran Dang Ninh Street, to become 1 block of buildings with a maximum height of 18 floors.
In Tam Thanh ward, according to Decision 2825/QD-UBND of Lang Son City People's Committee, a part of the area of about 9,278 m2 of medical land for the old General Hospital land will be adjusted.
