Commemorating the 135th anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh's birthday (May 19, 1990 - May 19, 2025), on the morning of May 19, the delegation of the Central Executive Committee of the Party, State, National Assembly, Government, and Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front laid wreaths at President Ho Chi Minh's Mausoleum and offered incense and commemorated at the Monument to Heroes and Martyrs on Bac Son Street.

The visiting ceremony was attended by: General Secretary To Lam; Politburo members: President Luong Cuong, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh, National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man, Standing member of the Secretariat Tran Cam Tu.
Also attending were Politburo members, Party Central Committee Secretaries, Deputy Prime Ministers, Vice Chairmen of the National Assembly, and many leaders of the Party and State, former leaders of the Party and State, leaders of central departments, ministries, branches, and organizations.

In front of the spirit of President Ho Chi Minh, the delegation expressed their infinite gratitude and respectfully remembered his great contributions to the revolutionary cause of the Party and our nation. The person who devoted his entire life to the people, to the country, leading our Party and people to achieve glorious victories.
The wreath of the Youth Union bears the words: "Forever grateful to the great President Ho Chi Minh".

Also on the morning of May 19, the delegation laid wreaths and offered incense to commemorate the heroic martyrs at the Monument to the Heroes and Martyrs on Bac Son Street.

In a solemn atmosphere, leaders and former leaders of the Party and State expressed their gratitude to the outstanding children of the nation who did not spare their blood and bones, bravely fought and sacrificed for the independence and freedom of the Fatherland, for the happiness of the people.
The wreath of the Youth Union has the words: "Forever grateful to the Heroic Martyrs".
