On the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the Traditional People's Public Security Day (August 19, 1945 - August 19, 2025), the 20th anniversary of the National Day for National Security Protection (August 19, 2005 - August 19, 2025), on the morning of August 17, in Hanoi, General Secretary To Lam led a delegation of leaders and former leaders of the Party, State and Fatherland Front of Vietnam to place wreaths at the Mausoleum to pay respect President Ho Chi Minh.
Also attending the memorial service were Politburo members: President Luong Cuong; Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh; National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man; Standing member of the Secretariat Tran Cam Tu.
Also attending were Politburo members, Party Central Committee Secretaries, Vice Chairmen of the National Assembly, Deputy Prime Ministers and many leaders, former leaders of the Party, State, leaders of central departments, ministries, branches and organizations attending the ceremony.

Leaders and former leaders of the Party and State came to place wreaths at the Mausoleum to pay their respects to President Ho Chi Minh. The wreath of the Youth Union bears the words "Forever grateful to the great President Ho Chi Minh".

The delegates expressed their infinite gratitude and respectfully remembered his great contributions to the revolutionary cause of our Party and people.
President Ho Chi Minh has been attached to and devoted his entire life to the revolutionary cause of the Party and the nation, wholeheartedly and wholeheartedly serving the Fatherland and the people.



Coming to lay wreaths and offer incense to commemorate the heroic martyrs at the Monument to the Heroes and Martyrs (Bac Son - Hanoi road), in a solemn and respectful atmosphere, the delegates bowed to commemorate the heroic martyrs - the outstanding children of the nation who donated their blood and bones, were brave, resilient, fought, and sacrificed for the cause of national liberation, national reunification, socialism and noble international obligations.
The group's wreath bears the words "Forever grateful to the heroic martyrs".
