On March 3, Binh Thuan Provincial Police announced the decision to establish 9 Working Groups to carry out tasks in districts in the province.
Each Working Group is led by a leader at the block level of investigation, responsible for general management. According to the records, each working group includes many forces such as criminal police, traffic police, general investigation, criminal techniques, security forces, etc.

Binh Thuan has 10 districts, towns and cities but has established 9 Working Groups at all levels of the district, except for Phu Quy island district. The police of the 3 communes in the island district will be directed and guided by leaders of units under the Provincial Police for each topic and field of work.
Colonel Le Quang Nhan, Director of the Provincial Police Department, requested the Working Groups to be the extended arm of the Provincial Police Department units to go to the grassroots, promptly detect, fight, and prevent all types of crimes. At the same time, closely cooperate with the commune-level police to fight against crime at the grassroots level, not to replace the commune-level police but to play the role of directing the profession, inspecting and guiding the commune-level police to perform their tasks well.
