On the afternoon of September 6, the Ministry of National Defense held a ceremony to honor the forces participating in the parade and march in the 80th Anniversary of the Successful August Revolution and National Day September 2 (mission A80).
Speaking at the ceremony, General Phan Van Giang - Politburo member, Deputy Secretary of the Central Military Commission, Minister of National Defense - emphasized: "We cannot forget the joyful atmosphere of the past few days, the whole country was like one breath, one heartbeat, resounding two words "Vietnam". The parade and march to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day September 2 are truly a non-river festival, a great festival of the People, by the People and for the People".
Together with other forces, all blocks and forces of the Army and Militia have successfully completed their tasks, contributing to the creation of a majestic parade and parade.

On behalf of the Central Military Commission and the Ministry of National Defense, General Phan Van Giang commended and congratulated the outstanding results and achievements of the officers and soldiers of the Army and Militia forces in participating in the parade, the parade to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the successful August Revolution and the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
According to the Minister of National Defense, compared to previous rehearsals, preliminary reviews, and rehearsals, at the Commemoration Ceremony, all blocks were more beautiful, more unified, and more heroic. At the ceremony, the organizing committee announced the Decision to commend and award Certificates of Merit from the Minister of National Defense and Certificates of Merit from the Director of the General Department of Politics of the Vietnam People's Army to collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements in advising on the organization and implementation of activities to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the successful August Revolution and National Day on September 2.
