The report at the Conference stated that, thoroughly grasping and strictly implementing the direction of the Central Military Commission and the head of the Ministry of National Defense on organizing the Army and Militia to participate in the parade and parade at the 80th Anniversary of the success of the August Revolution and the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, the General Staff of the Vietnam People's Army has directed agencies and units to survey locations, develop a Project to organize parades and parades; implement the Directive of the Minister of National Defense on organizing the Army and Militia to participate in parades and parades.
In which, the Army participated in 45 blocks (18 standing blocks, 27 moving blocks), 14 blocks of military artillery vehicles, Artillery, Air Force, Navy, service forces, with a total of over 20,500 comrades; 200 cars, artillery; 47 aircraft, 41 ships, 12 boats, 662 cars of all kinds.
Agencies and units have done a good job of political and ideological education; cadres and soldiers are well aware of the meaning, stature, historical value, patriotism, national pride and self-respect; 100% of volunteer soldiers participated, 3,427 comrades registered to participate in all 3 parades and marches, 164 comrades who are students studying at universities asked to reserve their results of participating in the Militia and Self-Defense Bloc.
