On March 15, information from Thanh Hoa Provincial Police said that in order for the election to take place safely and thoughtfully, many days before the election took place, the police of communes and wards in the province proactively advised the local Election Committee to coordinate with election groups, residential groups, villages, and hamlets to thoroughly review voter lists, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

In which, special attention should be paid to cases of elderly voters, people with disabilities, people who are sick, seriously ill or have difficulty traveling. Depending on each case, functional forces make a separate list to have appropriate and most convenient support plans.
In Quang Phu ward, there are 34 polling stations with more than 50,000 voters participating in the election. Among them, there are more than 3,000 voters who are elderly, have poor health or have difficulty traveling.
To ensure that the election takes place properly, from early morning on March 15, at the polling stations in the area, Quang Phu Ward Police were present to coordinate with election teams and socio-political organizations to guide and support voters to the polling area to exercise their rights and citizens' obligations.
As an area with many large hospitals and a large number of long-term inpatients, to ensure the right to vote for these voters, the Ward Police have proactively coordinated with the election team and leaders of hospitals in the area to regularly review and update the list of patients, especially those who are being treated during the election period, thereby arranging to bring auxiliary ballot boxes to the hospital beds, ensuring that all voters can participate in the election.

Ms. Lu Thi Chuyen (52 years old, residing in Quan Son commune, Thanh Hoa province), who is being treated at Thanh Hoa Oncology Hospital, said that she was very excited to participate in the election by ballot box.
Today, although I am being treated at the hospital, I am very touched when functional forces bring extra ballot boxes to the place and provide dedicated guidance to exercise citizens' rights and obligations. Not only me but many other patients feel cared for and facilitated to participate in the festival of the whole people" - voter Chuyen shared.
In Hau Loc commune, there are a total of 34 polling stations with more than 22,800 voters participating in the election. For cases where voters cannot go to the polling station due to poor health or cannot walk, functional forces have brought ballot boxes to their homes for voters to exercise their right to vote.
Ms. Pham Thi Dam (born 1931, residing in Ha Lien village, Hau Loc commune) shared that due to her old age and weak health, traveling is very difficult. When officials brought auxiliary ballot boxes to her house to exercise voting rights, she was very happy and touched.
