The explanation session aims to assess the implementation of laws and resolutions of the National Assembly in the field of education and training; clarify difficulties, obstacles, and responsibilities of relevant agencies, and at the same time propose solutions to improve policies, improve management efficiency, and ensure synchronous and unified implementation in the coming time.
Issues focused on explanation such as the organization of implementation of laws and resolutions in the field of education and training just passed by the National Assembly, especially new guidelines and policies in the Law on Teachers, the Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Education; Law on Higher Education (amended); Law on Vocational Education (amended).
Regarding policies for teachers and education administrators, the explanation session focused on the current situation of the staff; recruitment, management, use, mobilization, transfer and attraction of teachers to difficult areas.
Regarding student stratification, supporting learners and developing high-quality human resources, the content focuses on the model of vocational high schools, post-secondary school stratification policies, supporting learners and human resource development strategies to meet socio-economic development requirements.
Currently, there are also some other issues in the field of education that voters and people are interested in, such as the high school graduation exam and university admissions; school culture, comprehensive education, prevention of school violence and protection of students in the online environment.
