The Central Military Court announces and awards decisions on personnel work
On July 17, the Central Military Court held a ceremony to announce and award Decisions on promoting Judges and appointing leadership and management titles at Military Courts of Military Regions and Areas.
Implementing personnel work, the Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Court signed a decision to raise the rank of Judge to level 3 for 5 comrades, raise the rank of Judge to level 2 for 5 comrades and appoint the positions of Deputy Chief Justice of the Military Court of the Military Region and Military Region.
Accordingly, the personnel who are promoted to Judges and appointed include:
Senior Lieutenant Colonel Tran Dinh Thang - Head of Information and Documentation Department and Management of Judicial Archives;
Colonel Than Manh Nhat - Deputy Chief Justice of the Military Court of Military Region 1;
Colonel Trinh Xuan Hung - Deputy Chief Justice of the Military Court of Military Region 2.
Colonel Phan Hong Chinh - Deputy Chief Justice of the Military Court of Military Region 5;
Colonel Nguyen Hong Phong - Deputy Chief Justice of the Military Court of Military Region 7;
Captain Hoang Thi Bich Nhi - Judge of the Military Court of Military Region 1.

Conference to hand over the position of Head of the National Defense Trade Union
On the afternoon of July 16, a conference was held in Hanoi to hand over the position of Head of the National Defense Trade Union.
Implementing Decision No. 165/QD-BQP of the Minister of National Defense on personnel work, the conference proceeded to hand over the position of Head of the National Defense Trade Union between Colonel Nguyen Van De (handover side) and Colonel Nguyen Hong Loi (receiving handover).
