    Ninh Binh - The Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee has issued a document announcing the temporary suspension of the organization of commune and district-level congresses in the province for the 2025 - 2030 term.

    Accordingly, implementing Conclusion No. 127-KL/TW, dated February 28, 2025 of the Politburo and the Secretariat on implementing research and proposing to continue reorganizing the apparatus of the political system, the Standing Committee of the Ninh Binh Provincial Party Committee has agreed to temporarily suspend the organization of grassroots congresses, piloting the organization of Ninh Binh province, term 2025 - 2030 at the Ninh Khanh Ward Party Committee, Hoa Lu city and temporarily suspending the organization of commune and district congresses, term 2025 - 2030 until the Central Government's direction and guidance is available.
