The decision clearly states: The authority of Chairman of the People's Committee of Ha Giang province for the 2021-2026 term is assigned to Mr. Hoang Gia Long - Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Ha Giang province - until the competent authority decides to complete the position of Chairman of the People's Committee of Ha Giang province for the 2021-2026 term.
Mr. Hoang Gia Long, Tay ethnic group, born in 1968, hometown Vi Thuong commune, Quang Binh district, Ha Giang province. Mr. Hoang Gia Long has professional qualifications as an economic engineer, Master of Economic Management; Senior in Political Theory.
Previously, he held the positions of: Chief of Office of the Provincial People's Committee; Secretary of Xin Man District Party Committee; Director of Ha Giang Department of Transport; Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of Ha Giang Provincial People's Committee.
