Accordingly, Mr. Le Minh Tri, Member of the Politburo, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Standing Deputy Head of the Central Internal Affairs Commission, holds the positions of: Head of the Central Internal Affairs Commission; Standing Deputy Head of the Central Steering Committee for Anti-Corruption, Wastefulness, and Negative Phenomena; Standing Deputy Head of the Central Steering Committee for Judicial Reform; Member of the Sub-Committee for Internal Political Protection of the Central Government; Member of the Steering Committee for Summarizing a number of theoretical and practical issues on innovation in the socialist orientation over the past 40 years in Vietnam.
Mr. Le Minh Tri has advanced political theory qualifications. Professional qualifications: Bachelor of People's Security, Bachelor of Law.

January 22, 2026: At the 14th National Party Congress, Mr. Le Minh Tri was elected as a member of the 14th Party Central Committee for the term 2026 - 2031.
