In the afternoon of January 22, 2025, at the National Convention Center (Hanoi), delegates attending the 14th National Congress of the Party voted to elect the 14th Central Executive Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam. Comrade Le Minh Hung - Member of the Politburo, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Head of the Central Organization Committee, on behalf of the Presidium, presented the Report of the 13th Party Central Committee on personnel work of the 14th Party Central Committee.
The Congress proceeded to discuss and vote to approve the number of members of the 14th Central Committee of the Party, which is 200 comrades, including 180 official members and 20 alternate members.
The Congress proceeded to record votes, vote, announce results and approve the list of comrades elected to the 14th Central Committee of the Party.
According to the working program, on January 23, 2026, in the morning, the Congress Delegates took a break, the 14th Central Executive Committee of the Party held the first Conference; in the afternoon, the Congress held a closing session.
