On the afternoon of February 24, in Hanoi, the National Political Publishing House Truth (NXB) in coordination with the National Assembly Standing Committee organized a ceremony to introduce the set of laws passed at the 10th Session of the 15th National Assembly.
Attending the ceremony were Politburo Member, Secretary of the National Assembly Party Committee, National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man; Member of the Party Central Committee, Vice Chairman of the National Assembly Nguyen Khac Dinh; a number of Members of the Party Central Committee, Members of the National Assembly Standing Committee, Chairmen of National Assembly committees.
Introducing the set of Laws passed at the 10th Session, 15th National Assembly, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Vu Trong Lam - Director - Editor-in-Chief of the Publishing House - said that the set of books includes 34 law books. Among them, there are many laws of key significance, playing an important role in promoting national development in the new period.
The set of Laws published this time vividly reflects the process of institutionalizing the Party's guidelines and policies; concretizing the 2013 Constitution (amended and supplemented in 2025); contributing to completing and synchronizing the Vietnamese legal system in the period of promoting the building of a socialist rule-of-law state, rapid and sustainable socio-economic development, ensuring national defense, security and deep international integration.
Speaking to direct at the ceremony, Politburo Member, National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man highly appreciated the close, proactive and responsible cooperation between the National Assembly Office, National Assembly agencies and the Publishing House; praised the efforts, dedication, spirit of responsible, careful, professional and urgent work of the Publishing House in completing the editing, publishing and distribution of the book set immediately after the legal documents were announced by the President.
That contribution has realized the motto: "Law must go one step ahead, paving the way for innovation, taking the people's lives and interests as a measure of policy". The set of books has covered most of the key areas, meeting the requirements of practice.
Emphasizing that 2026 is the first year of implementing the Resolution of the 14th Party Congress, the National Assembly Chairman clearly stated that the Publishing House needs to implement some contents well.
In which, continue to organize well the work of editing, publishing, propaganda, and thoroughly grasping the Resolution of the 14th Party Congress; laws and resolutions of the National Assembly that have been promulgated; documents serving the election of National Assembly deputies of the 16th term and People's Council deputies at all levels for the 2026 - 2031 term, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timeliness.
Deploying the compilation and publication of the second full set of National Assembly Documents, with corrections, supplements, and full updates of the achievements and innovations in the organization and operation of the National Assembly; striving to complete it on the occasion of the 85th anniversary of the National Assembly of Vietnam.
The National Assembly Chairwoman also requested to promote and elevate scientific research work, closely coordinate with the National Assembly's agencies, and promptly advise the National Assembly and the National Assembly Standing Committee in completing draft laws and ordinances to serve the country's development.
Maximize resources and human resources to implement digital transformation of publishing activities. Develop and implement plans and roadmaps for specific digital transformation for each stage, ensuring synchronization and system from management and administration to operational organization; apply artificial intelligence technology in editing, publishing, and distribution.
