The Decision clearly states the establishment of a Working Group and a Working Group to assist in directing land use projects in the area south of the Cau River.
In which the Working Group consists of 4 people, headed by Mr. Dao Quang Khai, member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee.
The three deputy group members include: Mr. Hoang Ba Huy, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Director of the Bac Ninh Province Civil and Urban Development Project Management Board No. 2, Mr. Nguyen Xuan Duong, Director of the Bac Ninh Province Traffic and Agricultural Project Management Board No. 2; Mr. Nguyen Manh Lan, Deputy Director of the Department of Agriculture and Environment.
The working group has members who are leaders of a number of Departments, branches and localities in the province.
The working group is headed by Mr. Nguyen Viet Hoa, Deputy Director of the Management Board of Civil Projects and Urban Development of Bac Ninh Province No. 2.
The Working Group and the Working Group are responsible for directing and supporting the implementation of land-using projects in the area south of the Cau River in accordance with the project implementation schedule and in accordance with current law.

Transport infrastructure in Bac Ninh is changing strongly. Gia Binh International Airport (Bac Ninh) started construction in December 2024 with a total area of nearly 1,900 hectares.
According to the plan, the airport will be basically completed and initially put into operation from the end of 2026 to serve the APEC 2027 summit.
Hanoi City has also agreed on the plan to build a nearly 50km, 120m wide road connecting Gia Binh Airport with the center of the capital.
