Dien Bien - Deputy Prime Minister Pham Thi Thanh Tra offered incense to commemorate President Ho Chi Minh and heroes and martyrs.

In the afternoon of March 11, Inspection and Supervision Delegation No. 30 of the Politburo, Secretariat led by Ms. Pham Thi Thanh Tra - Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Prime Minister, came to offer incense at the Ho Chi Minh Memorial House (E2 Hill Relic), Dien Bien Phu Battlefield Martyrs Temple and A1 Martyrs' Cemetery.

Offering flowers and incense at Martyrs' Cemetery A1, the delegation respectfully remembered and expressed gratitude to the heroes and martyrs who bravely fought and sacrificed for the independence and freedom of the Fatherland, for the cause of national liberation.

At the President Ho Chi Minh Memorial House and Dien Bien Phu Battlefield Martyrs Temple, Deputy Prime Minister Pham Thi Thanh Tra and the working delegation respectfully offered incense to commemorate and expressed their boundless gratitude to President Ho Chi Minh and heroic martyrs, youth volunteers, frontline civilians and compatriots who bravely fought and sacrificed at the Dien Bien Phu Battlefield.

After the incense offering ceremony, the Deputy Prime Minister and the delegation planted a memorial tree in the grounds of the Dien Bien Phu Battlefield Martyrs Temple.

On the evening of March 11, at Muong Thanh Tourist Market (Dien Bien Phu ward), Deputy Prime Minister Pham Thi Thanh Tra visited booths displaying, promoting, introducing cultural and tourism products and cultural experience spaces within the framework of the Ban Flower Festival 2026.
