On February 13, Deputy Prime Minister Tran Hong Ha and a Central working delegation inspected the Bien Hoa - Vung Tau expressway project at the intersection with route T1 connecting Long Thanh airport.
According to Project Management Board 85 (Ministry of Transport), for component project 2 - Bien Hoa - Vung Tau Expressway Project, the output has reached 26% so far.
The biggest difficulty currently in construction on the route is still the supply of fill soil, lacking about 3 million m3 of fill soil.

According to Chairman of Dong Nai Provincial People's Committee Vo Tan Duc, the locality has also worked with relevant units to resolve the issue of land filling for the project. Currently, Dong Nai province is also speeding up the completion of procedures to grant licenses to exploit new locations to serve the project's construction.
During the site inspection, Deputy Prime Minister Tran Hong Ha requested Dong Nai province to speed up the completion of licensing procedures for land exploitation and leveling at locations to ensure supply for the project.
Also during the inspection trip, Deputy Prime Minister Tran Hong Ha and the Central delegation presented gifts to encourage officers, engineers and workers working at the project.
