Accordingly, Ms. Ngoc is entitled to severance pay and social insurance benefits according to the law from September 20.
According to the reporter's investigation, Ms. Ngoc had health problems, so her family wrote a letter asking her superiors to let her quit her job.
Ms. Ngoc has a level 2 specialist doctor qualification and was the Head of the Resuscitation - Emergency Department, Phu Yen Obstetrics and Pediatrics Hospital. In 2013, Ms. Ngoc was appointed as Deputy Director of the Department of Health, then continued to be appointed as Director of the Phu Yen Department of Health.
Along with the decision to dismiss Ms. Ngoc, the People's Committee of Phu Yen province assigned Mr. Pham Minh Huu - Deputy Director of the Provincial Department of Health to manage the operations of this unit during the time of completing the Director position.
