On the morning of March 5, at the 5th Naval Special Forces Brigade (voting area No. 4, Dong Hai ward), many voters who are soldiers participated in early voting for the 16th National Assembly deputies and People's Council deputies at all levels for the 2026 - 2031 term before departing to perform training and combat readiness tasks at sea and islands.
100% of voters participating in the early election in ballot box No. 4 completed the voting.
The election work took place safely, publicly, transparently, in accordance with legal regulations, contributing to the overall success of the election throughout the province, the entire army and the whole country.

Electors participating in the early election include heads, officers of the Special Forces Corps, special forces throughout the army and officers and soldiers of the 5th Naval Special Forces Brigade preparing to perform training and combat readiness tasks in all directions of sea and islands.
The remaining voters of ballot box No. 4 will participate in the election on March 15.
After representatives of the Election Team disseminated the rules and regulations of the voting room and guided the voting procedures, officers and soldiers of the armed forces successively registered, received ballots and proceeded to vote.

According to Colonel Nguyen Thanh Chuong - Political Commissar of the 5th Naval Special Forces Brigade - the election of National Assembly deputies of the 16th term and People's Council deputies at all levels for the 2026 - 2031 term is a particularly important political event.
Over the past time, the Party Committee and Command of the Brigade have strictly grasped the directives and instructions of superiors; developed specific plans, clearly assigned responsibilities and closely coordinated with local Party committees and authorities to prepare conditions for organizing elections in accordance with procedures and laws.
The Brigade also promotes propaganda and education so that 100% of officers and soldiers fully understand the rights and obligations of citizens, firmly grasp the standards of deputies, and promote democracy and responsibility when participating in voting.
