At the conference, the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee and the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee reported on the personnel plan for the executive committee, standing committee, inspection committee at the commune level and the assignment of members of the Party Committee, standing committee members of the Party Committee at the commune, ward, and special zone levels to hold leadership positions of agencies and units under the 2025-2030 term.
Through the discussion, the Standing Committee of the Quang Ninh Provincial Party Committee highly appreciated the advisory agencies and localities for seriously implementing the direction and responsibility of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee and the Steering Committee for the arrangement of commune-level administrative units in reviewing personnel and planning to arrange personnel in communes, wards and special zones according to the two-level local government model.
At the same time, unify the approval of the personnel plan for the executive committee, standing committee, inspection committee and the assignment of committee members, standing committee members of the commune, ward and special zone Party committees to take on leadership positions of agencies and units under the 2025-2030 term.
The Standing Committee of the Quang Ninh Provincial Party Committee requests communes, wards and special zones, based on the approved personnel plan, to continue to focus on preparation work to serve the trial operation of the new model from June 15 to present, ensuring that the trial operation meets the requirements and is ready with conditions to officially go into operation from July 1.
On the same day, the Standing Committee of the Quang Ninh Provincial Party Committee also listened to and gave opinions on the Project to reorganize the Vietnam Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations at the provincial and commune levels.
