At the conference, Ms. Trinh Thi Minh Thanh - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Quang Ninh province - presented the decision to retire early to enjoy social insurance benefits according to Decree No. 177/2024/ND-CP dated December 31, 2024 of the Government for cadres to Mr. Tran Van Ninh - Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee, former Director of the Quang Ninh Tax Department.
Ms. Thanh also presented the retirement decision to enjoy social insurance benefits to Mr. Nguyen Van Hung - Deputy Director of the Quang Ninh Provincial Media Center.
Speaking at the decision-making ceremony, Ms. Trinh Thi Minh Thanh - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Quang Ninh Provincial Party Committee - acknowledged the efforts and contributions of Mr. Tran Van Ninh and Mr. Nguyen Van Hung.
During his work in each assigned field, Mr. Tran Van Ninh has made positive contributions to the Tax sector and the Party's inspection sector. Mr. Nguyen Van Hung has had a very responsible and dedicated working process with the staff, reporters, and technicians of the Provincial Media Center to operate smoothly and effectively in the past time.
The Standing Deputy Secretary of Quang Ninh Provincial Party Committee wishes that after retiring according to the regime, Mr. Tran Van Ninh and Nguyen Van Hung with the experience, qualifications and responsibilities of a party member, will continue to contribute and participate in activities at the residence; mobilize people and relatives to well implement the guidelines of the Party and the laws of the State, especially exemplary, leading, playing a nuclear role in contributing ideas in the document of the XVI Provincial Party Congress. With work experience, the two men continue to have opinions and contribute to agencies and units each work on solutions in the process of implementing tasks.
