On September 3, the Quang Tri Provincial Party Committee Executive Committee held a conference to announce the decisions of the Secretariat and the Provincial Party Committee on personnel work.
At the conference, Mr. Nguyen Luong Binh - Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Committee announced the decisions of the Secretariat and the Provincial Party Committee on personnel work.
Accordingly, the Secretariat decided to approve Mr. Pham Quang Long - Provincial Party Committee Member, Head of Quang Tri Economic Zone Management Board to participate in the Standing Committee of Quang Tri Provincial Party Committee for the term 2025-2030.
The Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee also announced the decision to pilot the establishment of the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Council; appointed the Executive Committee of the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Council, term I, 2025-2030, consisting of 15 people and the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Council consisting of 5 people.
Mr. Nguyen Dang Quang - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council was appointed to hold the position of Secretary of the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Council, term I, 2025-2030.
Ms. Pham Thi Han - Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council was appointed to hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Council term I, term 2025-2030.
Also at the conference, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee announced the decision to pilot the establishment of the Party Committee of the Fatherland Front and provincial organizations. The Executive Committee of the Party Committee of the Fatherland Front and provincial organizations of term I, term 2025-2030, was appointed with 15 people, and the Standing Committee with 8 people.
Mr. Nguyen Chien Thang - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province was appointed to hold the position of Secretary of the Party Committee of the Fatherland Front and provincial organizations of term I, term 2025-2030.
The two Deputy Secretaries of the Party Committee appointed include Mr. Dao Manh Hung - Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Standing Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province and Ms. Nguyen Thi Tuyet Minh - Deputy Head of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee of the Provincial Party Committee (specializing).
The conference also announced the decision to rename the Provincial Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee to the Provincial Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee.
Ms. Nguyen Thi Tuyet Minh was transferred from the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department to work at the Party Committee of the Fatherland Front, provincial organizations, holding the position of Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Fatherland Front, provincial organizations term I, term 2025-2030.
At the conference, Quang Tri Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Van Phuong presented decisions and flowers to congratulate officials who were approved, appointed, and transferred.
The consolidation of the organizational structure, arrangement, and mobilization of cadres is to meet task requirements, ensure smooth leadership and direction, improve the operational efficiency of agencies and units, and implement the goals and tasks of the term.
