On August 27, the Executive Committee of the Tuyen Quang Provincial Party Committee held a thematic conference for term I, term 2025-2030.
At the conference, the Secretariat's Decision on appointing 3 personnel to participate in the Executive Committee of the Tuyen Quang Provincial Party Committee, term 2025 - 2030 was announced.
3 personnel include: Mr. Hoang Cu - Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Yen Minh commune; Mr. Nguyen Dai Thanh - Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of My Lam ward; Mr. Bui Duc Thuan - Chief Justice of the People's Court of Tuyen Quang province.
Lang Son announces decision to appoint Director of Department of Foreign Affairs
On the afternoon of August 26, at the Department of Foreign Affairs, Lang Son Provincial People's Committee held a conference to announce the decision of the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee on the appointment of the position of Director of the Department of Foreign Affairs.
At the conference, leaders of the Department of Home Affairs announced Decision No. 1586/QD-UBND of the Provincial People's Committee dated August 26, 2026 of the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee on the appointment of Ms. Tran Thi Van Thuy - Deputy Director of the Department of Foreign Affairs to hold the position of Director of the Department of Foreign Affairs from September 1, 2026.
Director of the Department of Home Affairs becomes Vice Chairman of Quang Ninh Provincial People's Committee
At the 7th Session held on August 25, the 15th Quang Ninh Provincial People's Council considered personnel work under its authority.
Based on the Law on Organization of Local Government, the delegates unanimously dismissed Ms. Nguyen Thi Hanh from the position of Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee for the 2026-2031 term. Previously, Ms. Hanh was transferred, assigned and appointed to hold the position of Head of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee of Quang Ninh Provincial Party Committee.
Next, the Provincial People's Council listened to the submission introducing Ms. Vu Thi Mai Anh - Member of the Provincial Party Committee Executive Committee, Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Committee, Director of the Department of Home Affairs, to be elected to hold the position of Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee for the 2026-2031 term.
As a result of the vote, Ms. Vu Thi Mai Anh was elected with a 100% approval rate of the convened delegates present at the session.
Tay Ninh announces decisions on personnel work
On August 24, Tay Ninh Provincial Party Committee held a Conference to announce the renaming of the Provincial Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee to the Provincial Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee; announced decisions on personnel work and handed over functions and tasks of advising on mass mobilization work of the Party to the Provincial Party Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front.
Accordingly, the Provincial Party Committee Executive Committee decided to rename the Provincial Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee to the Provincial Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee from September 1, 2026.
The Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee decided to appoint Ms. Nguyen Thi Xuan Huong - Head of the Provincial Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee, to hold the position of Head of the Provincial Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee; assigned and appointed Mr./Ms.: Vo Tran Tuan Thanh, Nguyen Thuy Oanh, Thanh Tu Vu and Huynh Thi Thu Nam to hold the position of Deputy Head of the Tay Ninh Provincial Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee.
